Currently, only the TRENDIAMO Country<\/u><\/a> has ECC approval. With approved scooters, the approval number is stamped into the frame.<\/p>\n In Belgium, electric scooters are allowed on public roads at up to 18 km\/h.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\tWhere can I ride my approved scooter?\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t Legally, you are riding a moped, so you need to adhere to the traffic rules that apply to this mode of transport. Your scooter could be immediately confiscated, or you could have a pleasant conversation and ride off with a smile (and anything in between).
